تست طرحواره ها (تله های زندگی)

تست طرحواره های ناسازگار (ویراست سوم) که برخی از آن به عنوان تست تله های زندگی یا تله های شخصیت یاد می کنند آزمونی بین المللی است که توسط یانگ مبدع طرحواره درمانی تدوین شده است. این آزمون بسیار معتبر بوده و دارای 232 سوال می باشد که  18 طرحواره ناسازگار را ارزیابی می کند.

تست طرحواره های یانگ در بسیاری از مراکز مشاوره و تحقیقات ملی و بین المللی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. در این تست شرکت کنندگان باید هر عبارت را بر اساس مقیاس 6 درجه ای ارزیابی نمایند.

طرحواره چیست؟

طرحواره ها شامل الگوها و ساختارهای ذهنی هستند که نحوه تفسیر و واکنش به محرک های محیطی را در افراد تعیین می کنند. این الگوها می توانند مثبت یا منفی باشند و بسیاری از زمینه های زندگی ما را احاطه کرده است.

در این تست منظور ما از طرحواره، الگوهای منفی هستند که به عنوان طرحواره های ناسازگار یا تله های زندگی شهرت دارند. این الگوها مشکلات شدیدی را برای سلامت روان ایجاد کرده و عوامل مهمی در بروز اختلالات روانی هستند.

طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه

طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه قالب های ذهنی منفی و تخریب کننده ای هستند که به طور معمول در اوایل رشد ما شروع شده و در طول زندگی تکرار و ممکن است با گذشت زمان تغییر کنند. تجارب سمی و آسیب زا که به ویژه در خانواده وجود دارد می تواند زمینه ساز و تداوم بخش این طرحواره ها باشند.

طرحواره های ناسازگار در همه جا حضور داشته و نسبت به تغییر مقاومند. آن ها انرژی و قدرت زیادی دارند به طوریکه می توانند سرنوشت و زندگی ما را تحت تاثیر قرار دهند.

تاثیر طرحواره ها بر اختلالات روانی

به جرات می توان گفت برخی از طرحواره می توانند بزرگترین علت شکست ها و ناکامی ها در زندگی باشند. مطالعات نشان داده است که طرحواره ها در حفظ و تداوم بسیاری از بیماری ها و اختلالات روانی نقش دارند. از جمله مهمترین اختلالات روانی مرتبط با طرحواره ها عبارتند از:

5 حوزه طرحواره و 18 طرحواره ناسازگار

به طور کلی 18 طرحواره وجود دارد که در 5 حوزه قرار می گیرند. در زیر این 18 طرحواره را به طور مختصر توضیح داده ایم:

 طرحواره رها شدگی/بی ثباتی (ab)

افراد با طرحواره رهاشدگی (Abandonment/instability) به طور مداوم این حس را دارند که دیگران آن ها را به زودی ترک خواهند کرد. این طرحواره زمانی ایجاد می شود که والدین به نیازهای اولیه کودک در ابتدای زندگی توجه نمی کند.

 طرحواره بی اعتمادی بد رفتاری (ma)

افرادی که طرحواره بی اعتمادی بدرفتاری (Mistrust/abuse) دارند معمولا انتظار دارند که از طرف دیگران مورد آسیب، انتقاد و یا تحقیر واقع شوند. این افراد بر این باورند که حقوقشان پایمال شده و مورد آزار و اذیت دیگران قرار می گیرند.

 محرومیت هیجانی (ed)

افرادی که دارای طرحواره محرومیت هیجانی (Emotional deprivation) هستند معتقدند که نیازهای هیجانی اولیه شان از سوی دیگران ارضاء نمی شود. این افراد احساس می کنند که از نیازهای محبت، مهربانی، محافظت، مراقبت و راهنمایی دیگران محرومند و سایرین به آن توجهی ندارند.

 طرحواره نقص- شرم (ds)

افرادی که طرحواره نقص – شرم (Defectiveness/shame) دارند معتقدند که دارای یک عیب درونی هستند. آن ها احساس می کنند در جنبه های مختلف شخصیتی دارای نقصان اساسی بوده و بد، حقیر، بی ارزش و بی اعتبار هستند.

طرحواره انزوای اجتماعی-بیگانگی (si)

افراد با طرحواره انزوای اجتماعی-بیگانگی (Social Isolation/alienation) معتقدند که با دیگران متفاوتند. آن ها احساس تعلق به گروهی نداشته و بر این باورند که منزوی شده اند. افرادی که احساس می کنند خاص هستند ممکن است این طرحواره در آن ها شکل بگیرد.

 طرحواره وابستگی- بی کفایتی (di)

افراد با طرحواره وابستگی-بی کفایتی (Dependence/incompetence) قادر نیستند تا مسئولیت های زندگی شان را به طور مستقل انجام دهند. این افراد معمولا از سایرین برای تصمیم گیری و انجام تکالیف خود کمک می گیرند.

 طرحواره آسیب پذیری نسبت به ضرر و بیماری (vh)

افراد با طرحواره آسیب پذیری نسبت به ضرر و بیماری (Vulnerability to harm or illness) ترس از وقوع فاجعه ای نزدیک دارند. آن ها معتقدند که هر لحظه احتمال یک اتفاق ناگوار وجود داشته و قادر نیستند که از آن جلوگیری نمایند.

 طرحواره خود تحول نیافته- گرفتار (EM)

فردی که طرحواره خود تحول نیافته-گرفتار (Enmeshment/underdeveloped self) دارد نزدیکی و صمیمیت بیش از حدی را با یکی از افراد مهم زندگی خود از جمله والدین داشته و این باعث می شود تا فردیت و رشد اجتماعی آن ها مختل شود.

 طرحواره شکست (FA)

طرحواره شکست (Failure) اشاره به این دارد که فرد معتقد است نسبت به همسالان خود در حوزه های مختلف زندگی از جمله وضعیت مالی، شغل، تحصیل، ازدواج و یا ورزش شکست خورده است. آن ها احساس می کنند که نسبت به دیگران واقعا بی کفایت بوده و نالایق و بی استعداد هستند.

 طرحواره استحقاق (ET)

طرحواره استحقاق (Entitlement/grandiosity) نشان می دهد که فرد از دیگران برتر بوده و حقوق ویژه ای برای خودش قائل می باشد.

آن ها بر این باورند که هرچیزی که می خواهند و یا هرکاری که دلشان می خواهد باید سریعا انجام شود، بدون توجه به اینکه آیا خواسته هایشان منطقی است و یا باعث ضرر  به دیگران می شود.

 طرحواره ضعف خویشتن داری (IS)

طرحواره ضعف خویشتنداری یا عدم خود انضباطی (Insufficient self-control/self-discipline) اشاره به ناتوانی فرد در تحمل خستگی و ناکامی حین انجام کارها دارد. این افراد نمی توانند هیجان های خود را کنترل نموده و رفتارهایشان تکانشی است.

 طرحواره اطاعت (SB)

افراد با طرحواره اطاعت (Subjugation) معتقدند که برای اجتناب از پیامدهای منفی لازم است تا کنترل خود را به دیگران بسپارند. این افراد می ترسند که دیگران طردشان کرده و به همین دلیل ترجیح می دهند که خودشان را نادیده گرفته و تسلیم کنند.

 طرحواره ایثار (SS)

در طرحواره ایثار (Self-sacrifice) فرد نیازهایش را برای کمک به دیگران فدا می کند. این افراد به صورت افراطی بر ارضای نیازهای دیگران در زندگی روزمره متمرکز شده و رضایت و نیازهای خود را نادیده می گیرند. آن ها زمانی که به خودشان توجه می کنند، احساس گناه خواهند کرد.

 طرحواره تایید طلبی (AS)

در طرحواره تایید طلبی (Approval-seeking) افراد تاکیدشان روی تایید شدن، مورد توجه قرار گرفتن و شایستگی خودشان است. عزت نفس این افراد بیشتر به دیگران وابسته است تا ویژگی های درونی خودشان. این افراد معمولا اعمالی انجام می دهند که مورد توجه و تایید دیگران باشند.

 طرحواره منفی گرایی-بدبینی (NP)

افرادی که طرحواره منفی گرایی-بدبینی (Negativity/pessimism) دارند همواره جنبه های منفی زندگی مانند طلاق، مرگ، خیانت، تعارض و مشکلات را مورد توجه قرار داده و ویژگی های مثبت زندگی را کم رنگ جلوه می دهند.

 طرحواره بازداری هیجانی (EI)

در طرحواره بازداری هیجانی (Overcontrol/emotional inhibition) فرد به شدت از صحبت کردن در مورد هیجانات خود گریزان است. این افراد در موقعیت های مختلف واکنش های خنثی و بی تفاوت داشته و تاکیدشان بر عقلانیت و حذف هیجانات است.

 طرحواره معیارهای سرسختانه/عیب جویی افراطی (US)

افراد با طرحواره معیارهای سرسختانه (Unrelenting standards/hypercriticalness) معتقدند که شخص باید برای دستیابی به معیارهای درونی و افراطی شان درباره رفتار و عملکردشان تلاش فراوانی انجام دهد. آن ها بر این باورند که کارهایی که انجام می دهند ناقص است و باید بیشتر تلاش نمایند.

 طرحواره تنبیه (PU)

افرادی که طرحواره تنبیه (Punitiveness) دارند بر این باورند که به خاطر خطاها و گناهانی که دارند باید به شدت تنبیه شوند. آن ها معمولا به سختی از اشتباهات خود و دیگران چشم پوشی نموده و عیب و نقص ها را نپذیرفته و نمی توانند همدلی نشان دهند.

روایی و اعتبار تست بهزیستی طرحواره های ناسازگار (YEMSQ) نشان می دهد که این آزمون دارای قابلیت اطمینان مناسبی برای سنجش 18 طرحواره است. در زیر روایی و اعتبار تست طرحواره ناسازگار در مطالعات بین المللی و مطالعات ایرانی گزارش شده است:

همبستگی بین تست طرحواره یانگ در فرم 232 سوالی با تست افسردگی، اضطراب حالت صفت بررسی شده است. نتایج به دست آمده نشان می دهد که کلیه طرحواره ها با اضطراب و افسردگی در سطح 0/05 معنادار هستند. همچنین آلفای کرونباخ 18 طرحواره ناسازگار برای نمونه بالینی از 0/82 تا 0/91 متغیر بود. در نمونه غیر بالینی نیز آلفای کرونباخ طرحواره ها بین 0/83 تا 0/94 به دست آمد (ساگینو، 2018).
