تست عزت نفس کوپراسمیت (CSEI) ابزاری حیاتی است برای درک و ارتقاء عزت نفس شخصی. این تست به شما کمک می‌کند تا در زمینه‌های زیر پیشرفت قابل توجهی داشته باشید:

شناخت بهتر خود: تشخیص نقاط قوت و ضعف خودیابی و تقویت عزت نفس بر پایه درک دقیق‌تری از خصوصیات شخصی و توانایی‌ها.

تست عزت نفس چیست؟

تست عزت نفس کوپر اسمیت (Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory) یاCSEI ، برای اولین بار توسط کوپراسمیت در سال‌های 1981، 1987 و 2002 توسعه یافت.

این تست یکی از متداول‌ترین پرسشنامه‌های خودگزارشی است که برای اندازه‌گیری نگرش‌های فرد نسبت به خود در زمینه‌های مختلف (خانواده، محل کار، فعالیت‌های اجتماعی و عمومی) در نوجوانان و بزرگسالان طراحی شده است.  تست عزت نفس کوپر اسمیت شامل 58 سوال است و نتیجه کلی و چهار نمره جداگانه را ارائه می‌دهد که نماینده جنبه‌های خاصی از عزت نفس هستند.

این پرسشنامه یکی از متداول‌ترین ابزارهای ارزیابی عزت نفس در مطالعات و کارآزمایی های بالینی به شمار می‌رود. نسخه اصلی  تست عزت نفس ابتدا برای گروه سنی 8 تا 15 سال طراحی شد، اما بعداً فرم تجدید نظر شده‌ای برای پاسخ‌دهندگان بالای 16 سال (فرم بزرگسالان) توسعه یافت. نسخه پیش رو فرم بزرگسالان است که از شرکت‌کنندگان می‌خواهد تا به صورت دو گزینه «بله» و «خیر» به سوالات پاسخ دهند.

تست عزت نفس چه چیزهایی را می سنجد؟

تست عزت نفس کوپراسمیت (CSEI) برای اندازه‌گیری نگرش‌های فرد نسبت به خود در زمینه‌های مختلف طراحی شده است. در اینجا مقیاس‌های CSEI آورده شده‌اند:

عزت نفس عمومی (GS): این مقیاس به ارزیابی احساسات کلی فرد نسبت به خودش می‌پردازد.

عزت نفس خانوادگی (FS): این مقیاس به ارزیابی دیدگاه فرد نسبت به رابطه‌اش با والدین و خانواده می‌پردازد.

عزت نفس اجتماعی (SS): این مقیاس بر ادراک فرد از تعاملات اجتماعی و روابط خود با همسالان تمرکز دارد.

نگاهی به روایی و اعتبار تست عزت نفس کوپراسمیت نشان می دهد که این آزمون بر اساس مطالعات خارجی از اعتبار و روایی بسیار مطلوبی برخوردار است. اما بررسی روایی و پایایی این آزمون در ایران زیاد قوی نیست. به طوریکه نه تنها مطالعات قدیمی هستند بلکه مقالات ارجاعی و نقل بوده که نشان می دهد منابع در دسترس محدودی موجود است. همچنین پژوهش معتبری در رابطه با هنجار این تست در ایران دیده نمی شود.

تست CSEI نشان داده است که با سایر سازه‌های مرتبط با عزت نفس، مانند مقیاس عزت نفس روزنبرگ و مقیاس خودپنداره پیرز-هریس، به طور قابل توجهی همبستگی دارد (بیش از 0/55) (کوپراسمیت، 2002؛ لین و همکاران، 2002).

اعتبار سازه (Construct Validity)

اعتبار سازه از طریق تحلیل عاملی تایید شده است که نشان می‌دهد CSEI شامل چهار عامل مفهومی است: «عزت نفس عمومی»، «عزت نفس اجتماعی-همسالان«، «عزت نفس خانوادگی-والدین»، «عزت نفس تحصیلی-شغلی» (کوپراسمیت، 1987).

اعتبار ملاکی (Criterion Validity)

اعتبار معیاری CSEI از طریق همبستگی با دستاوردهای تحصیلی، اضطراب، افسردگی، روانرنجوری و برون‌گرایی نشان داده شده است (لین و همکاران، 2002).

پایایی تست عزت نفس 

پایایی درونی (Internal Consistency)

ضریب پایایی داخلی برای فرم‌های مختلف CSEI بین0/80 تا 0/92 در جمعیت‌های فرهنگی متفاوت گزارش شده است (کوپراسمیت، 2002؛ لین و همکاران، 2002؛ توران و توفان، 1987).

صغری ابراهیمی قوام نیز ضرایب پایایی حدود 0/92  را بر روی گروهی از دانشجویان و دانش‌آموزان محاسبه کرده‌اند، که نشان‌دهنده ثبات، تکرارپذیری و دقت مقیاس مزبور است (به نقل از میرحیدری و همکاران، 1389).

پایایی آزمون-بازآزمون(Test-Retest Reliability)

برای نوجوانان (فرم A)، پایایی آزمون-بازآزمون حدود 0/70 در بازه‌های زمانی 5 تا 156 هفته و برای بزرگسالان (فرم C) حدود 0/80 در بازه‌های زمانی 6 تا 58 هفته است (کوپراسمیت، 2002).

در پژوهش نیسی شوشتری و شکرشکن، ضرایب پایایی آزمون عزت نفس کوپر اسمیت به روش بازآزمایی به ترتیب 0/90 و 0/93 گزارش شده است (به نقل از میرحیدری و همکاران، 1389).

خلاء های پژوهشی

بررسی های علمی پژوهشگران ای سنج نشان می دهد که تست عزت نفس کوپر اسمیت برای بزرگسالان دارای پایایی و روایی قابل قبولی است، اما باید در نظر داشت که ممکن است در ساختار عاملی دارای محدودیت‌هایی باشد.در مطالعات مختلف، سه، پنج، یا هشت عامل تجربی توصیف شده‌اند، که نشان‌دهنده ناسازگاری در ساختار عاملی است. همچنین در ایران نیز مطالعه مشخص و معتبری این آزمون را برای رده بزرگسالان هنجاریابی نکرده است.
